Imagine having your future spelled out right in front of you and not being able to interpet the handwriting on the wall. If it meant changing your mind about your view of God and the world, could you do it? Nebuchadnezzar and his son Belshazzar failed the test (Daniel chp 4 & 5). Take the MENTALITY I.Q. and hold yourelf accountable.
1. HERD MENTALITY--describes how people are influenced by their peers to adopt certain behaviors and follow trends.
2. CRAB MENTALITY--sometimes referred to as crabs in a bucket, describes a way of thinking best described by the phrase "if I can't have it, neither should you".
3. EXODUS MENTALITY--is a progressive journey to freedom.
4. SLAVE MENTALITY--is one who waits for someone to come and free him (Butler Shaffer).
5. ABUNDANCE MENTALITY--people who believe there are enough resources available to accomplish thier goals. They believe that their success doesn't mean failure for others. The more successful they are, the more others are affected in a positive way.
There are always signs in the room scripting out how you and I can become better persons. Write down the number that best describes your actions for the day. At the end of the week compare numbers.Your decisions are based on your mentality. Your mentality is shaped over time by how you react to life's situations. Change the way your respond in different circumstancesby changing the way you think.
